Entrying without slide can be countered very easily, since she cant pull off her gun as fast as during a slide, so you can just peek while she is still sprinting and kill her you have the advantage
Neon + Judge is very situational and in those same situations a lot of agents can do the same, Initiators and sentinels can counter neon judge too

The Stun is already weak in my opinion, you can still get one tapped while the enemy is stunned (even while sliding! happened a lot), and only 1 stun ball instead of 2 will make it very easy to escape and an extremely situational skill which will make it useless in most situations.

I think getting a kill only regenning 50% of her bar is the most valid nerf right now, the others will kill the agent

The agent is not OP, just her counters are not in a good state
