She called emea a one team region, and that team was the only emea team to beat them, so what's your point?

As a current immortal 3 with a team to compete in Premier for fun:

  • don't even consider going pro until you make immortal 2, or even immortal 3. You can still grind the game to attempt to get a higher rank, but it shouldn't be a consideration until that point because your fundamentals simply won't be even close enough to compete at a high level
  • make sure you find a duo on a similar slightly higher level level than you, as you won't get much out of solo q. Playing duo means you'll not only get less tilted, but also learn to have better fundamentals on things like trading and team utility use
  • Don't quit your education or job just because you find a spot on a tier 2 or 3 team, even in tier 1 there are still players who are finishing off their degrees so they can find work after. Esports is not a viable long term career unless you make the very pinnacle due to its early retirement age, unless you can successfully segway into streaming, which is just as challenging to find success in
  • The likelihood of making it is extraordinarily low, so keep your hopes at 0 until you are literally at the finish line. Don't let valorant impact any other aspect of your life until you reach that point as it's not worth it
