No what happens is BBL are forced to unpartner with PCIFIC and then PCIFIC collapse financially cause that org is horrid and unstable then they get relegated next year cause 3/5 of their players are stolen from BBL cause BBL owns all of them.

Lovers rock is in Tier 1 so anyone can be in Tier 1 clearly even the ai in Iron 1 lobbies.
