well seeing that it was a single elim tournament you can kinda count it but Philippines has shown a lot more promising results but this isnt just for the League this also counts Ascension

na Thailand hasn't had much success this year with their teams for example Talon failing to qual for playoffs and XERXIA failing to qual for playoffs while Philippines has made it to both playoffs with Secret and NAOS
