2 ults in this game now basically guaranteed a round if defence side isnt proactive or the ult combos is brand new and there is no vod to anti strat.

Look at EG, they are able to snowball so much bc they plan ahead of time to get an ult on bonus round after they win pistols (their pistols are so good, potter is insane). Esp on fracture where they can get multiple orbs a round and they always have a plan on bonus round with one of the ults.

FNS said that there should be no cooldown util, only recharge after 2k. Ngl I kinda agree, initiator have 40s on free info util. Feels like initiator get too much value. Esp when its recon initiator and they survive till last mostly. They get so much value its insane.
