The chemistry bit seems to be the keypoint here because it's been a series of unfortunate events. Their team building and scouting is great but once things started rolling with the new team they got stuck in this keloqz-nukkye-mixwell slump.
Idealistically doesn't sound bad, realistically is a bit more complicated than that. Besides, having players on payroll doing nothing is more expensive that just giving them away for free, so dropping many players at once is risky imo

Keloqz is the better Jett player. Nukkye stated the reasons why Keloqz was benched and brought back in, which had to do with working ethics, attitude... So I can only assume there were still ongoing internal issues and they didn't manage to get their shit together.
