I Change my opinion and thoughts. Vivo Keyd used a bug which was banned by riot and according to competiting ruling, players were not allowed to use any kind of bug in competitive play. There is no fault of Riot Games and Valorant because they posted these competitve rules way back long ( i.e. Before champions). Its players fault that they violated the competitive ruling so according to riot games, some action must be taken and they took.
