i use a laptop with a built in intel graphic card

intel Pentium N3520 processor

so i used to get 20-60 with a bit of laptop lag a year ago and it was playable

now it's literally 5-25 fps with full on 1-2 sec freezing every time more than 1 player appear or there's utility used, so it's unplayable i'm ascendant 2 rn

all i want is the performance of last year like 40-50 fps is fine, will this switch to win 7 help or no?
