#2 is fine if riot chooses the org, isn't it just like the initial concept of franchising where riot chose the 10 orgs? Yeah, you can say it isn't fair for orgs who invested in VCL, but franchising wasn't ever "fair" to orgs in the first place.

No, it seems to me like Fns does not believe the OPTIC core can win anymore. Vic and crashies seem to be staying on NRG and I doubt NRG would let Fns go if he only wanted to replace ardiis.
? Bcj wasn't the problem with either teams, Xset had two.....mechanically limited players sharing igl duties and he wasn't a fit for EG due to roles

I liked Xset for Cryo, Zekken, and Bcj. No hate to Dephh but I didn't think he had a place in that SEN roster even back when they announced it. He was only a half igl on Xset after all.
If you are talking about SEN, then that was Sykko's fault. He had complete control and created a roster with role issues by bringing Dephh in
som kinda implied fns wanted to be off the roster since he didn't believe he had a winning team currently. they kinda mutually parted ways and som followed fns off the roster for now.
Fns says he will only play vct if HE gets to make the roster (even though an org is unlikely to allow it) since he wants to win. He also said he'll never play ascension since he already proved himself. And SEN never approached him for trialing or anything. If they don't get on a team then they'll just stream

The definition of improvement and hard work. You could see their adjustments throughout the year such as fixing their Lotus from Tokyo to Champs with Demon1 on Astra and Jaw on Raze. People may not consider them the best team of 2023, but they are easily the most interesting. This was such a deserved win if I've ever seen one.
