No; only teams who come from Ascension are subject to relegation.
If an Ascension team doesn't makes split 2 playoffs they are directly relegated to T2, if they make playoffs of split 2 they have the oppurtunity to compete in Ascension to protect their current spot, if they make champs they automatically stay in the league for 1 more year.
But, as there currently are two Ascension teams in each league, if both of them make champs, then the one that performs the best there will stay in T1 and the other one goes to Ascension. If both of them make playoffs but don't qualify to champs they both fight in Ascension and if none of them make playoffs they both get relegated, which implies that the Top 2 at Ascension would directly get a spot in T1 regardless of wether they win it or not.
(I might be wrong on the last part but I think that's pretty mich it)

I also think most of the T1 commentator need to get more knowledge about T2 cuz they won't be able too commentate roster moves as more and more rookies will be coming from T2

All there is to know is that the marge majority of good/great T2 players are good T1 players too, in Korea like in every other region (well maybe not SEA but...)

Russia has too many great senti players, you'd have to chose between Suy, NAts and Vookashuu, ig you have to pick bc he's an igl but those are all incredible players. You could also Put suy on smokes but Vookashuu deserves more recognition

What are you even talking abt? Estrella is absolutely a strong individual despite being a poor igl and Lakia was a proven player way before t2 Korea. Also there are a lot of good T2 Korean players who end up being good to very good in T1; Persia, Hyunmin, Freeing, Tenten looked very strong despite some inconsistency, Ash, Ivy, Margaret, Flashback, ect...... Korea isn't different to any other region
Also I just checked and Dambi only outperformed Xross when he (dambi) was not playing only duelist and Xross was on a way worse team than NS
Dambi has always been mediocre at best. He was hella overhyped by everyone during the offseason. And the best t2 players almost always end up being very good to incredible in T1. The argument of outperforming doesn't make sense, you gotta look at more than one event otherwise you might end up with a Sym on your team
