I think this is a much better roster and coach than before, extremely high potential and great shot at Ascension and the spanish league (better than KPI imo). Insider and Bisk are residing in Spain, and have played 2 splits in Spain, Dimaxx on the other hand is not a resident but has played 2 splits which means he counts as regional.

Summing it up they need 3 "spanish", Bisk Insider and dimaxx count as such. So they if they wanna replace any of the 3 it has to be with another Russian/spanish
