Duelist to sentinel happens all the time, some do better than others but, just in EMEA tier 1 of the top of my head I can think of hiro, runner, fitinho, nukkye, wolfen etc. Almost every time a duelist is signed and doesn't have enough firepower he goes straight to sentinel

He was playing sentinel brother, that might be the easiest role to transition to wdym, duelists transition to sentinel all the fucking time

No, leakers do talk with orgs to coordinate the leaks. A leak can sometimes hurt a negotiation, so if the leaker is gonna find out anyway you might aswell coordinate it with him to do it in good timing for both parts
