Jungle camps are cross too, lets say you want to gank your botlane, you should path to bot which forces you to start from blue buff in red side, red buff in blue side and if you're using nonmana champ you have to start from red(red gives you health regen, but its not like that in all nonmana champs some can easily kill the jungle without help of red regen), so blue side is better for it.
