Rocket League casting is definitely hype, it's also a lot easier to keep flowing than Val casting where 90% of the round not much is happening but u still gotta keep it entertaining and/or informative, but suddenly everything happens in a matter of seconds and you gotta be on your game. There is no point comparing the two cause the nature of the games are wildly different.

I think this is a big part of it at least, even NA pros like Yay admit they prefer scrimming in EU over NA because of the difference in mindset, how serious they take the scrims etc.

That was honestly painful to watch, felt like that cost them multiple rounds whereas that was very easily preventable. An unforced error if you will.
