I changed up my morning routing for the first time in 6 years and so far it's going well. My morning routine is wake up at 6am drink a large glass of orange juice so I'm awake and do some exercise. I do 30 pressups 35 curls with weights and 25 pressups again and increase by 5 every day until the weekend where I take a rest. I started my new routine on Wednesday and I'm finding it quite challenging (haven't done old routine since holidays started) but I'll get used to it.
