I used to be 0.619 and i kept switching and 0.5 felt nice. But i like high sens myself

So my ingame sens is 0.5 and my dpi is 1000. Should i use my arm more rather than relying only on wrist aiming? Wrist aiming feels like i shpuld go for sens like 0.7 or 0.8
