The Valorant Masters 2, that happens in Reykjavik/Iceland, is the first Worldwide Valorant Championship, meaning that it will show the power rankings in Valorant Competitive scene across the world. It will happen between May 24-30, with 10 teams from regions all over the world (except China, as Valorant has not been launched in the country yet).

HL won their pick, let's see GL's pick.

They don't seem to be playing at their max tho.

Oh I thought about another map then, mb

posted about 2 years ago

They could take if it is Bind. But I also think they'll take the 0x2.

posted about 2 years ago

I think is quite the opposite. They'll be coming in furious for this game.

We should remember that all of GL players are veterans from other games and know how to deal with defeat.

posted about 2 years ago

Don't know man. Sharks is pretty solid. Also, they lost against VKS on Haven on Masters 1. I think the match is pretty open tho.

posted about 2 years ago

Both with very similar metas, and very similar teams.

I would NOT be surprised if HL puts an upset here, since they are, IMO, the top 5 in Brazil.

But you should NEVER doubt GL, so I think they'll win 2x1.

Now the game is right!

About the game: INGAMING is coming in hot! I really think they can become one of the top teams in Brazil maintaining the last performances. Their Bind specially, is looking great.

But this time I think FURIA wins. 2x1 for them, if BIND is picked. If not, 2x0. Close games tho.

Hard to tell, but he is definetely on top spots. He never misses his ults.

The funny thing here is that on Challengers 1 from stage two, Sharks lost to FURIA and VKS lost to GL. Now Sharks won against GL e and VKS against Furia. It shows how the top4 are balanced (although VKS just stomped FURIA...).

posted about 2 years ago

The game between these two are always VKS sided, so I'll bet on them. 2x1 VKS.

posted about 2 years ago

It's not over yet for FURIA and GL.

posted about 2 years ago

I don't think this is correct, I guess they are going against HL since every offical caster is saying that.

posted about 2 years ago

Is this game right? On liquipedia show that GL will go against Havan Liberty.

posted about 2 years ago

When mwzera woke up the rest of the team slept.

posted about 2 years ago

Also, let's see during Icebox now. I think GL take this one.

posted about 2 years ago

That is what i'm saying, even tho he's a monster that can kill 38 against VKS, we can't take off the good work from Sharks of denying him during the game.

posted about 2 years ago

Sharks are also from the Top4 teams in Brazil, their level is close with GL, VKS and FURIA. All of them can beat each other.

posted about 2 years ago

This will be an amazing game!

I can't say for sure who's gonna win, but i'll be rooting for VKS. 2x1 for them.

posted about 2 years ago

I mean, following the meta of the ones winning everything doesn't necessarily mean copying the same stuff, it also means creating counter strats.

posted about 2 years ago

I believe most of the teams will want to follow the meta of the champions.

I do think BR will struggle against EU because of their pace in the game, but now that we have TR example they can study off that.

I do think EU will win the first Masters.

KEKW

I don't give a f* for braindead people like you dude

posted about 2 years ago

2x1 for Slick. More consolidated team right now.

Anyway I think these two teams will pass for group A. The loser here will win the next Bo3.

posted about 2 years ago

My heart says BR is gonna win, but my mind tells me it's EU. Their games are just too solid.

posted about 2 years ago

They need to hire some professional psychologists to work on their mental. It's a MUST HAVE for every professional team. The mental pressure is high everytime.

posted about 2 years ago

They're really passionate about cheering up for their teams, but sometimes annoying. Kinda like Brazil though KEKW

posted about 2 years ago

Professional players says that this happens a lot. Teams that are complete beasts and lions during training, but in the real matches don't show that up.

Definitivamente falando muita merda.

Probably the site have not updated the current roster yet. Or the org is not clear with it.

If you take a look into their site (https://blackdragons.com.br/todos/%25/times, in portuguese) there's only one player in the Valorant team. Probably the org just don't give a sh*t about that roster lol

Jesus i'm so fucking HYPED for this

I DONT CARE WHO'LL WIN, JUST GIVE ME THE GAME ALREADY

posted about 3 years ago

Just like in League of Legends, Riot encourages that. And I think that's amazing, it generates hype.

From what I see, NA teams have not been watching Valorant across the world, as they have no idea of what the regions play like.

In Iceland, right now, I think the strongest regions will be EU-BR-KR, since the game is new. But from the long term, EU will dominate with tactics. KR also will be very strong, but for now, aside from VS, I don't see their teams being strong.

That being said, I don't think NA will dominate whatsoever (but I could be wrong tho).
