I believe he has to make a quarentine of 5 days upon arriving to Iceland, probably something the government obligates.

DRX 13 x 7 NIP
DRX 10 x 13 NIP
DRX 13 x 11 NIP

Nothing against them bro, I know some of my country fellas hate them because of the drama last year, but I don't hate them. Those things had nothing to do with them.

But in Champions Finals last year I was rooting for Gambit cause the players are very wholesome and I like them more

The order of support (on my case) goes like this:
1 - Brazilian team;
2 - LATAM team;
3 - Team that I personally like (usually teams like Team Liquid or Fnatic are teams that I enjoy because of the org);
4 - No one.

Ooh I see

Yeah Google Translate is weird sometimes. It tries to translate everything literally in some cases and in other it just change the entire meaning of words

posted about 2 years ago

Which part of the phrase it got you confused? I missed it

posted about 2 years ago

I'll translate for you in English for a better understanding:

"No, but there is a world. To my understanding, they can be top3 or even get to finals with their current potential, but we have yet to see how they'll play against really strong and hyped up teams like G2, PRX, TL and GUARD."

posted about 2 years ago

É o que eles estão querendo também, estão bem fortes agora mas o potencial deles só tende a melhorar com o passar do tempo.

To my understanding the Keznit situation is just a lot of brazilians malding cause he has done shit before in the past, but they are forcing things that didn't exist here. Remember all the drama last year caused by misinterpretations from portuguese to english? This is the same case. And even worse, Keznit and Aspas are friends, so people are malding for literally nothing, since Aspas was not offended at all by that.

Fluyr case is different. Although I DON'T think he should be cancelled by that, I DO think he needs to apologize for the bad timed and placed joke. He is a public figure, he NEEDS to behave like so. This means that he should not be doing such jokes to people he doesn't know, SPECIALLY on another server.

Edit: Also, it's so cringe how people in Twitter try to create some narratives just to farm up some likes. Like wtf it's 2022 grow the f* up

Não, mas existe um mundo. Ao meu ver, eles conseguem top3 ou até chegar à final com o potencial atual deles, mas ainda temos de ver como vão jogar contra times realmente fortes e hypados como a G2, PRX, TL e GUARD.

Will Optic wake up here though? They seemed so lost against Xerxia, didn't even put up a fight.

If they do, it's 2x1 for them, if not it's 2x0 KRU.

Sad for Japan's best team, but I think FNC wins here 2x0
Hope I'm wrong though

I believe it's the normal stuff from Brazilian teams: Icebox, Breeze and Ascent are the strongest maps. Fracture, Split and Bind must be their weakest ones.

posted about 2 years ago

My heart wants a NIP win, but I think DRX is just the perfect counter to how NIP plays. Hopefully they prove me wrong, but I think it's a DRX 2 x 1 NIP here.

posted about 2 years ago

Honestly? DRX playstyle counters a lot of what NIP does (similar to what LOUD does), so I expect a DRX win here.
But it's LAN yk? We'll never know. Maybe they'll figure out how to counter DRX's playstyle.

posted about 2 years ago

I mean, no offense, but Liquid is good as well. They might have been inconsistent through Challengers (therefore not qualifying) but they are still a great team that did awesome the end of last year. Also, this is TL's map pick, let's wait to see how Icebox will be played and if XERXIA wins the decider.

posted about 2 years ago

I agree that with Derke the game would be different but most brazilians are happy for this cause people were really underestimating NIP saying they would get stomped by Fnatic even with 2 subs. So just get over it

posted about 2 years ago

Well it's funny if you see it from now, but I'm pretty sure a lot of people had similar opinions back then. It was hard to predict which meta was going to be the best

In cases where people are not asymptomatic, the symptons are mild when the person is vaccinated correctly. Just pay attention to the death ratios by covid before the vaccine and after, and also the percentages of the population that vaccinated with 2 or 3 doses. Not only that, the amount of people that gets hospitalized by covid also is drastically reduced.

So no my friend, science has not been denied and you can still believe the vaccines.

Regional qualifiers need to start being on LAN so we won't have these things anymore

posted about 2 years ago

Well, XERXIA definetely looks stronger than Liquid, so I'll predict a 2x1 XERXIA here.

Even if they lose I think they can qualify through lowers.

But he is a pro, he played for a team in Brazil before being called by VKS to coach them on Champions last year. If it wasn't for Onur being a L person, bzkA would be playing VCT in this exact moment as a player

Just because you do well on scrims it doesn't mean you're going to play well on officials. There's the mental characteristics that enter the game.

Wrong, VK 2x0 ZETA at Masters Berlin.

posted about 2 years ago

Well this game is a coin flip, both teams didn't do very well on their regions before qualifying (TL wasn't even supposed to be here). So IMO Optic x XERXIA is a more solid game.

posted about 2 years ago

I honestly think OPTIC x XERXIA will be the more competitive game of all opening games.

Well TL's comp is very based on aiming (Jett, Neon, Chamber) so sometimes you really think it's just "lucky", but the players are good enough to thrive among the chaos their comp creates. It might work really well if the team is well coordinated and all players are playing on their best, but if they are disconnected it will just seem they are lost. IMO this comp is shit, but it works yk

posted about 2 years ago

I don't see it as "mindless" chaos though, it's chaos, but coordinated chaos IMO

Yeah but no brazilian is actually hyping LOUD more than people outside Brazil. Most of us think LOUD will get into top 4 but not the entire tournament.

I am seeing more people from outside of Brazil hyping up LOUD, mainly platchat boys and some pros as well. The fans are rooting as always.
