Find a duo who you have good sinergy with, and play around each other.
Most of the times in diamond/ascendant games there will be 2 players carrying the game and the rest of the team will not even make a difference.

You'll only rank up like this or if you improve drastically your mechanical skills and carry the game solo, the agent you're playing with doesn't matter. You can always kill 40 with a controller or a sentinel.

Do NOT try to create plays with diamond/ascendant/immortal players because:

1. Many of these people don't even watch pro play or don't care about playing in the right way;
2. Many of them don't know how to properly wait and combine utility and just play for duels;
3. They're trolling.
