One thing I'm seeing is your agent pool is wayyyyy to diverse. Ideally you should strive for every map having 1 agent, with 2-3 agents in total, perferably all on the same roll. Filling might help you in the short-term, but u wont be getting better at your main agents for the long term. It looks like your main is entry duelist with jett/raze, so i'd recommend sticking to them.

Another thing that idk if ur doing is vod review, please just vod review your own games, find an error that you make a ton of times, and soley focus on it until you no longer have to. There's plenty of options and resources for self vod review, I'd reccomend this one but there's plenty of other great ones out there!
