In my shitlo advice, no. Everyone has the same mmr in your lobbies for a reason, if someone has bad stats, you can assume that they have better comms, teamwork, etc. It can help with dodging boosted players but besides that it doesn't provide much value. Additionally it can be very tilting to see your own stats if you are underperforming.

I don’t think so. For starters, not every team has been under an org (ie: ttr), and also there are some collegiate teams in there and int the US it’s illegal to give salaries to student athletes
