Haha delusional 100T fans holding on to the past lol.

Let go. You don’t know anything.

Then 100T will never be as good as they were. Build around Ethan and Asuna.

posted about 2 years ago

They should drop Hiko honestly.

There are better options out there.

I’m not saying rush didn’t receive offers but I’m just saying it doesn’t make sense to sign players who never touched the game lol. S1mple would get signed because he is s1mpe and comes with a huge following and brand.

Yeah only time will tell. I would like to see Vision Strikers do well. It might boost the Korea scene more. It’s weird in Valorant the pro scene in Korea is good but the casual player base is actually really small. Most people still play Sudden Death or Overwatch for FPS games not including BRs and League as well.

We will see though. One thing I do hate about VCT is the invite qualifiers for all these other regions. They are just like giveaway games for the top teams and only competition is between themselves.

Well there are a few things that go into it. I don’t think autimatic and skadoodle failed. They two were the best on their teams but there were no real team success. I also think some players generally don’t care about Valorant and are only playing it for the $$$. I could be wrong but knowing NA. It’s just the mindsets we on NA have. It’s why Europe has always been better in other games because different mentalities. Kids in NA will hate a game but play it solely for the money and put minimal effort in. Can be said in just about anything in life and other sports.

Gotta put in a lot of work to be the best or a top 10 team in CS. Just the skill gap/level is so high in CS and the level of play is at new levels.

posted about 2 years ago

Nah he still stay CS. One thing I don’t understand about Valorant orgs is they are willing to sign players just based off their status in CS even if they have never touched or barely touched the game. Players like RUSH were saying he got offers for Valorant orgs and he said he has never touched the game before.

Stewie isn’t “mediocre” at CS but someone like Hiko is the definition of washed. I like hiko but they could do better without him. If 100T are looking to rebuild. Build around Ethan and Asuna. You’re not wrong as majority of the pros in Valorant are either washed or failed CS players who got originally signed due to their former status in CS, some players just never got the chance but yeah. Maybe it will change. That’s why I like teams like Gambit because all of them are 1. Young and 2. Kids who weren’t big namers in CS or got a real chance.

posted about 2 years ago

Maybe but nAts is a beast man. That dude imo is the best player in Valorant. TenZ gets all the hype because he has a bunch of young fans who will goto extremes for him. A lot like s1mple fans. Me personally, teams with idiotic fanbases makes it hard to root for them ex. SEN, 100T (no offense), Navi, old SK/Luminosity from CS. I don't disagree it is a braindead take. I believe any of those teams can win but imo I just think Gambit will win. EU just has a different mentality that NA has always lacked. It's why NA CS is now in a rebuilding phase and limited players achieved success. More players within the scene cared more about egos and reputations rather than focusing on winning. You can already see it with NA VAL in areas.

Only time will tell on how the teams play and who wins.

posted about 2 years ago

Sentinels won Iceland and shat the bed in Berlin when they didn't even finish in the top 4. If everything follows the Script, Gambit should shit the bed as well...

All jokes aside I still think Gambit is the best team going in and are probably the favourites going into the event. With that being said, Liquid and Envy can definitely win if they play well. Sentinels can win but their fans are like NAVI Cs fans and half of them are braindead sheeps.

posted about 2 years ago

The move with shox and vini just seem super random imo. I also don’t know how good their English is so the language barrier may be rough.

posted about 2 years ago

He’s not switching.

posted about 2 years ago

But in reality nitro is rejoining him on Liquid

posted about 2 years ago

You realize nitro is joining liquid right? Elige isn’t going anywhere.

posted about 2 years ago

I mean it’s 1-1 rn lol on OP a map that Liquid has 100% win rate

posted about 2 years ago

You need more than just aim to find success in the pro level though.

posted about 2 years ago

Haha Harmful trial

Biggest stream sniper in NA

posted about 2 years ago

It’s NA hahaha what do expect

posted about 2 years ago

I don’t see him leaving CS. Would make no sense for him unless he has been pulling an Ethan and practicing with a team in Val while being paid by the org he’s currently on.

posted about 2 years ago

Considering 100T on paper should be the best team in NA besides Sentinels but continuously fail to produce results and didn’t even qualify for champions i can see why. Dropping steel made no sense to me.

I like Hiko but Hiko is not it and needs to go. Better players out there that just need to be given the opportunity.

posted about 2 years ago

Riot is stingy will their games and don’t want the people touching it.

It’s ironic considering their games are based on/copied off other games.

posted about 2 years ago

Source and 1.6 still have communities because of the whole community aspect. Why CS will always be bigger imo. It just amazes me that a game that’s legit 20 years old still has a consistent player base even though everyone plays CSGO nowadays.

posted about 2 years ago

most t1 players getting paid 20-40k a month.

depends on the org but considering its Liquid. Probably 30-40k a month.

posted about 2 years ago

Covid fucked NA

posted about 2 years ago

He’s getting paid 25k a month or something in 100T

posted about 2 years ago

I don’t like Sinatraa but he’s better than Hiko lol

posted about 2 years ago

Liquid grand slam run and EG dominated as well yeah good time

posted about 2 years ago

If they really wanted they could get sinatraa or someone. I get Hiko has experience but the entire roster was built around experience besides Asian
Ethan
Nitro
Steel

All three have a shit ton of experience. I get steel and nitro are gone but at one point that’s what they all brought.

posted about 2 years ago

If 100T wanted to be a top team again they just need to -Hiko.

Hiko is cool and all but he is the definition of washed and signed due to his former status in CS. I think there are better players out here they can get and just make Hiko a streamer or something. CS and Val have younger players with the ability to shine. They just need to get the opportunity.

posted about 2 years ago

Well the problems with NA CS is that players in the scene were always the worst problem. They cared more about egos and reputation more than winning and orgs left when time after time players failed to show results. Imagine how different the NA cs scene would be if it were different. That’s the problem I could see happening in NA VAL. You can already see it with some players. It is a rebuilding phase for NA so we will see how it goes.

When do you think the peak of NA was?

posted about 2 years ago

NA CS isn’t really that dead. It’s in a rebuilding phase realistically. The casual scene is fine but competitively it’s just newer players getting the opportunity now that they wouldn’t have before.

NA CS created a bubble for itself before Valorant existed. Hopefully the same doesn’t happen in val.

Those who call people frogs tend to be a frog themselves.

posted about 2 years ago

Only reason why people called him wash because at the time when he switched, majority of the Valorant pros were washed or failed cs pros. There are some players who never got the chance but yeah. He was never washed to begin with but HLTV has a lot of braindead Europeans.

posted about 2 years ago

its NA VAL what do you expect

posted about 2 years ago

I do, just Valorant fanboys are insecure about CS, they just don’t like to admit it. The guy who made this thread is insecure. The replies to my comments just shows the Valorant community in a nutshell.

Buddy got a little excited

posted about 2 years ago

Yeah I can see that. India would have a decent following and scene in CS if it wasn't for f0rsaken.

posted about 2 years ago

We will see, won't make any sense lol.

posted about 2 years ago

I do as well, I'm just saying that NA CS got fucked by covid. That isn't coping, it's just a fact. No LANs, not being able to practice and play against the best teams in the world unless they are in Europe.

posted about 2 years ago

It’s a riot game, you would be surprised how many. From what I’ve noticed is kids in higher ranks are more from CS. Lower ranked players tend to be from the games I listed.

Obviously not all but a decent amount.

posted about 2 years ago

Copium? Lol where did you get me coping from my statement lol

posted about 2 years ago

Actually majority of Valorant players came from League, Apex, and Fortnite. Obviously some came from CS or played it at one point. But a lot are from the games I listed. I’ll agree a good amount of Val players play both CS and Val.

posted about 2 years ago

Valorant simp triggered. You should tell the Valorant fanboys to stay off HLTV. You seem insecure about CS.

posted about 2 years ago

NA has been in a weird state as it got fucked hard by Covid. There were 3 NA teams in the Major but sadly Liquid lost their coach last minute. EG bombed out and Furia made playoffs but are Brazilian.

posted about 2 years ago

I mean Liquid lost their coach right before the major so couldn’t be as good as their max potential. If they get hot, they can beat Navi and other top teams.

posted about 2 years ago

Valorant won’t come close sorry

posted about 2 years ago

Lol you realize the Chinese numbers for cs was 18 million right? I doubt that number is totally correct but I know Valorant in Asia gets no where the same amount. I know it’s big in Japan but don’t know about other regions.

posted about 2 years ago

I mean co streaming does carry Valorant viewership no matter how much you want to deny it. If shroud was getting 2x-3x the amount of viewers than the main channel than I don’t know what the word carrying means. Even in the latest LCQ events, Tenz co streamed some of the matches and had way more viewers than the actual main channel.
