Lmao, honestly wouldn’t be surprised if they put steel on jett op with how he was playing. Man has become insane after he left 100t.
Yea man not like the game was super close and that it was v1 perma ban. Not at all.
I would say top 4 right now would be Guild, fnatic, M3 champions, and FPX, but both fpx and guild are kinda shaky. So I would say fnatic and m3 definetly have the highest chance, I don’t know about the 3rd team.
I think they could easily be the best team they need to change their comps. I know I don’t know everything and sentinels probably have a reason, but dapr on chamber instead of shaz or tenz? It almost feels like they refuse to adapt. Comps matter a lotttt. Like look at tsm, they had this weird thing where subroza was flexing and playing smokes and wardell was playing sentinel but rossy would also play kj because wardell “couldn’t be their sentinel”, but they changed it so roza is now perma smoke, wardell is sentinel, and rossy on flex. The current them is so much better then when they were on the vct.

Well first off, if you switch player in the middle of series, you are just fuckign up that new player. Like everyone the server is warmed up while he enters in cold. This is what happened to VS king in champions. Dude got so much blame for playing bad even though it wasn’t his fault. Second, 6 man can work, but it really depends on the team. I feel like most teams have 6 mans roster when you don’t need them. IMO, the only time you should have 6 man roster is when a team is not very flexible. If some players just can’t seem to play this other agent but are really good at something else, you might get another player to add more flexibility to the team. Also a lot of times the 6th man is usually added as another mind to the team.

What are some really stacked teams that have either had no accomplishments or just bad.

NA: NRG
BRAZIL: The current sharks are kinda stacked aim wise, but are bad.
Turkey: FIRE FLUX - this team has sociable, Lauress, AND Sterben, and couldn’t qualify.
That’s all I can think of
Honestly I hate to say it, but I wouldnt take this match very seriously. I can see c9 losing this because they might troll since they already made playoffs. It would still be a banger though,

I don’t think it was just steel’s fault. It seems more like the group just didn’t mesh together. I mean still easily has around 220+ acs rn on T1 and he was barely getting Kills with 100t towards end of the team. That says a lot. Everybody says that they could have achieved so much and dropping steel was 5iq, but it feels like steel didn’t even want to be there. Like. Didn’t he say that he didn’t want to continue working with “people who don’t put in effort because of their past achievements”. I definetly think it was for the better for the players to leave.
I think if you are restricted, any org that wants you has to talk to bbg. If unrestricted, the orgs directly talk to players.

Bro it ain’t that big of deal man, they are PROFESSIONAL players, it’s not that big of deal to play different agent. It only becomes a problem when teams gets specific role player, example : an entree to play smoke. Chamber is a sentinel but you can be aggressive with him which suits bang’s play style. Also jcStmai has played sentinel before. You can play chamber on most maps, and if your really really wanna play kj, I can see them putting bang on like astra on ascent, and JC on kj. But anyway. It ain’t that big of a deal
? Bang doesn’t really play astra that much, he just played that for tsm because they’re stupid and made him play that. Also bang plays wayyy more agents then ethan. I can see him flexing on kay0 and chamber while Ethan goes between skye and sova. Bang is very flexible,. I really don’t thinks it’s THAT big of a problem. The really problem would how they gonna get their shit together in a week.

Maybe but vanity has said this and I agree with it, which is that lg is probably the closest team to tier 1 other the obvious one. Ngl LG is a tough opponent because in my opionion the thing stopping them from contending against top teams is time. IMO their team chemistry looks really good, and just need time so it’s gonna be tough for 100t
Honestly it sucks this is how they got picked up. I know for a fact that if they do even a little bit bad they gonna get so much hate. Honestly would have been a 10/10 pickup if it wasn’t for this situation.
I am sorry, I spoke too soon. They didn’t do it before, I just didn’t expect this from them, I would have waited until end before dropping. Honestly it did feel like the team just wasn’t working and understand the drop but I am not a fan of dropping before the tourney even ended.
Nah Jc stani plays smoke and he is insane at it, good pickup for smoke. Idk how comps will work though. Individually the team is stacked now. But idk how it will work as a team
It was stupid to put him on smokes, but he was Benched because he had a hand injury. Also it’s just unlucky sometimes. Like the previous c9 has leaf on smokes. Go figure, just unlucky.

What? This is good, the only loss you have is that you have to wait, other than that, you get to watch your team play against every team in your group? Ex: if you are knights fans, you would have normally seen them play like 2 series and be out, but now you get to watch the, play against the likes of optics, sen, nrg, rise, etc. isn’t that more interesting and fun?
Nah the rise during rise v optic was different form open qual. Nrg has the fire power but I think they need more time. I know rise lost pretty badly but I think u shouldn’t hold it against them because pretty much everyone was underperforming other than Derek.
Nah sen vs optic would be a good match because they such even teams in my opinions
What are we thinking now that we have seen everybody play?
Groups A, cloud 9 look unbeatable, xset look good but we haven’t seen their full potential yet. LG have lot of potential sloppy. 100t was suppppper sloppy. You would expect a team that was supposedly scrimming hours and hours to not be so sloppy un their first game but I guess u could say they crumbled under pressure. EG not bad but inconsistent. The guard look good but I need to see them against c9 to see what they can do.
Group b. Sentinels are good I guess, same with nrg, just need more matches to show results. Nothing surprising in this group other than optic, kinda seems like the same team form last year - same with sen. Rise look good. Knights are meh

What, they had the same roster for the entire year? Let’s be honest, they had to drop somebody because they were not gonna win anything. I am 100t fan, but I know that they were so lucky beating gambit and ascend. Both teams choked under pressure. Now look at options, the cant drop Ethan, Asuna, nitro left. Between hiko and steel, it just ended up being steel, and I think steel also wanted to leave because he didn’t like how 100t walk working. So i really don’t think they are like g2 in how they switch up rosters.

( trying to get f/a or from acadmey teams since most teams already have set roster.) i would leave corey but put him on flex instead of primary duelist so skye/kayo etc. also drop wardell and pick up rustun from oxygen academy for sentinel player. Put subroza on entree since thats alll he does with literally every agent. Temperature could also work instead of rustun. And get jerk to play smokes, so drop rossy, hmm well we need a igl, so keep rossy?

Nrg is in group already? New coach for faze could help them a lot. But for tsm? I think the problem is more than not having good ideas. 1st, their roles dont match that well, corey is not a entree but they put him on jett. Also honetly wardel rifle isnt bad, so someone needs to tell him just shut up and not try to op every round.
Its actually funny how the teasn that were grinding nsg are winning right now. I swear if these teams dont join ANY evernts after this qualifier is over, they cant win anything.
