even without accounting for fsa there's still reasons to buy the phantom/guardian/sheriff. plus lets be real here no one actually buys a guardian over a vandal outside of forcebuys. at worst, a removal of fsa would require recoil reset time and damage falloff to be tweaked. the only thing fsa serves to do is make the game artificially inconsistent and lower the overall skill ceiling.
