Depends on how you look at it. Yes kaajak hasn't won an international trophy but had a top 2 finish at 2 out of the 3 events (3 out of 4 if you want to count EWC, but I want to focus on the official VCT circuit) while being the statistically highest rated out of the five of them (kaajak, mada, brawk, skuba and PatMen). So if you count the whole year, then kaajak is - once again, statistically speaking - the best and most consistent rookie out of them. Of course, that all is just a personal opinion and I can't force it on anyone.

It is rechargable on a 45 second cooldown from what I've seen.
