Personally I think he is not going to be played anymore. He is as an initiator was kind of a hybrid not flash or scan initiator. He does not offer the info as a regular info initiator and not enough space taking capabilities as a flash initiator. I think it is just better to run traditional scan and flash initiator now rather than tejo + something else. Also I am a firm believer of the non sentinel meta right now. I think having no sentinel for something like double controller or something else is really good right now. So I can see solo deadlock working as she does not fulfill the role of a traditional sentinel but i doubt teams will run her solo regardless.
