Any speculation to where he's going? can't imagine he's gonna stay with Boom if they don't ascend again and even if they do, surely someone comes in for him?

It seems to me these team talks are so forced. You work together every single day and then you're gonna come out and act up like that to trigger something in your players? Personally I wouldn't buy that shit. Don't get me wrong, it's his job to fire them up, but it looks so forced and fake. I'd want a coach to get real and boost confidence, not say like, oh guys you've been fucking terrible, now go out there and prove yourselves. I had the same feeling with the Heretics coaches in one of their videos as well. Both lost that match as well.

and no other tier 1 team keeps the same roster for longer than 1 season either with maybe 1 or 2 exceptions. rosters change. winning teams don't stick together because if you do well, orgs with money and bad results will grab one of the players that performed. same with Ascension teams.

Penny didn't even stand out in challengers that much. There's so much better talent in tier 2 than him.
