It simply is inevitable that some players just aren't up to the task of handling such expectations.

When you're a rookie with zero T1 or T2 experience being thrown into the biggest team in your region with the highest expectations while adapting to a different role and expecting to fill the shoes of one of the best initiator players in the world, it does make sense that some people would be adverse to handling that much pressure, no?
