pros are still playing her so heres suggestions for the further nerfs (riot confirmed viper would be balanced one more time later)

Fuel:

• Max time went goes from 12s to 10s
• Max time when both wall and orb is up goes from 8s to 6.66s
• Fuel Recharge Time goes from 30s to 40s
• Max Fuel at the round start goes from 100 to 50

Wall:

• You can only put your wall up 3 times a round
• Make the wall shorter so its even shorter than the harbor wall (for some reason harbor wall is very short)
• Remove the decay from the wall

Orb:

• You can only put your orb 2 times a round
• Decay removed from the orb
• Orb has a phoenix molly range so no more stupid orbs like bind a uhaul orb

Molly:

• Molly will no longer do damage, only vulnarables people so no more stupid post plant meta
• Lasts for 3 seconds
• Molly has a phoenix molly range so no more stupid lineups

Ult:

• Goes from 9 to 11 ult orbs
• The ult only lasts for 15 seconds, there's no reason why it should stay up all round and stay up longer than Omen smokes
• If you shoot Viper while spamming in the ult, Viper will be revealed like scanned with a Sova dart

anchoring sites is impossible because there is not a good position to defend in. the huge af generator on A site is gonna work even against you if you are behind it. The way mid is designed makes 0 sense, stupid long range fights all the time, retake simulator etc etc

I prefer Breeze to this dogshit map. Im convinced that map developers dont play their own game

PRX got to grand finals in champions last year playing reyna in ascent and bind

reyna's blind is the only thing that can be utilized consistently. You cant relay on her dismiss or heal that you can only use after getting a kill

Clove has smokes which are better than all reyna abilities if you compare them one to one. And her ult is actually useful. The orb thing is meh but you can try to combo it with other utils
