There is no french quota, if Engh dont believe in Shin he would not be there. We saw it because we was locked in the roster late in the tryouts phase. He HAD TO do the try outs and show what he's capable of and to proove he is good and feat good in the roster. Clearly no french quota, even the fans and the ceo doesn't give a shit about having french players. Ofc if there is french speaking players we like it and it's a bonus but if there is none we don't care, we just want to win that's all.
