They are doing so much like Academy team , Bleed summer Tourneys for SG + other regions and their owner is also looking for a GC team. PRX have done none of that and their performance at International is irrelevant to Franchising.

Since APAC teams are so nationalistic RIOT can do something like 3 players per sub-region in 1 team.
