I believe the tiebreaker is head to head rather than round differential - in this case, if Guild win and Acend go 3-2 (same as G2) then, because Acend beat G2, Acend goes to playoffs and G2 does not.

In the case of 3-2 tie between Guild, Acend and G2, because Guild beat both G2 and Acend, they would go through. Then, because Acend beat G2, they would go through. I think that's how it works? Not 100% sure in the latter scenario of a 3-2 tie between them all.
