Do the winners of VALORANT China National Competition get bumped up into VCT China League 2026?

I was looking at this year's VCL, Valorant Challengers League 2025, and noticed that China is no longer a region available to check on, only Americas, EMEA, and Pacific. Does anyone know why China as a region is not there?
