Hello brother, a question, are these changes to test and try to help with the stability of Tier 2 and then in 2027 try to make more changes to improve the ecosystem between Tier 2 and Tier 1? Would it be a healthy ecosystem and everyone would benefit on both sides between Tier 2 and Tier 1?
