3. People don't like old players and prefer younger ones
4. They think they are genuinely good.

I do agree that they should probably slowly and eventually fully integrate gyen.

The best decision is to slowly integrate gyen into the team.

Let SSeeS plays 50% of the game while gyen plays the rest, then slowly increase gyen's playing load, and by the end of the season gyen will be playing full time.

SSeeS will be 29 by the start of season, idk why everyone thinks he can easily put the same performance like he does rn.By long shot he's more likely to fail than gyen.He's bound for retirement sooner than later so might as well integrate gyen gradually.
