There is nobody on that level at the moment but idk how people don't get a simple point that ability of a player is not static but dynamic. People do peak and fall and at their peak there have been Indians who could hv settled in T1 easily.
A good example is Persia who is highest rated player rn in ascension but 2 years back he was struggling to even go positive for 1 map in south Asia(Indian,) T2 and got dropped in few months

You won't say the same when you will see teams running neon day in and day out on every single map.

Lot of times some combos are broken in certain maps but we don't realise bcz nobody has tried it out yet but once someone starts mopping the floor with it then everyone picks it up and we realise it's broken.
Neon is completely busted at high level co-ordinated plays currently and she can snowball the map in your favour while chamber at his best was a very suppressing agent but was never capable of winning unwinnable rounds by himself.
Put the peak chamber against peak neon and Neon will wipe the chamber team i guarantee

Your IGL would top the vlr rating from bottom
Your duelist only plays in 1 way and that too inconsistent .
Your smoke would do decently but can't win a map on their own

not true we don't have great players but there are multiple players in T1 who are simply middle of the pack and we have many players who are same and can do that much. We have always had 1 or 2 standout talents in game like Rawfiul in 2022 was destroying ranked/pro lobbies , then Paradox took over for few months and then we had Hoax being ultra consistent in 2023 for half a year and recently Techno is on an upward trajectory. The problem is we have never had even 5 players together playing at a high level so we can achieve something at global stage and by the time a new talent rises the older one has lost motivation to grind as he realised there is nothing more to achieve alone so lets just take big salary and play as a job

there is absolutely no guarantee about what GE may end up doing but tbh It's fine if they do a year with best posssible team bcz if they succeed well and good and if they don't we will get to see 3/5 men Indian roster competing

They are not nobody bro they are a top Oceania team

dcrulz is one of only 2 igls who have successfully taken a bunch of first time kids from T3 to T2 in India. He led the original GGEZ roster whose core was Orangutan's team for split 1 and split 2

We have a shallow playerbase and very small talent pool. Even our talents are just decent none of them is world beater like primmie hence they don't even qualify for ascension since whichever team gets better imports wins the league.
I always knew either Rnt or old Og(MLT) will qualify and once MLT's owner decided to leave his team without bootcamp, salary and all it was obvious Rnt is going to ascension and will roll over TR and VLT hype since their imports weren't as good as rnt's .

The whole team will disband don't worry.
The salary of Skrossi, bootcamping in Thailand for months having too tier assistant coach and coach was always unsustainable but an all out attempt to reach franchising.
Since the dream is gone and there is no guarantee they will qualify for anything again the team is getting dropped

Decisions have to made brother, teams based on brotherhood aren't the future and orgs should ensure that. Building 5 man Indian lineup or costly imports won't matter unless we get coaches who develop the players bring something unique to dominate the metas.
Just for example mogo has entered valorant and collected all top Indian talents like infinity stones but they have provided them no coach. On top of that this was perfect time for Antidote to retire and just coach the team letting in a good import igl to play with #wld core but instead he is still there playing with just 1 import and all prepared to create skillz situation in off-season and beyond.
