It's not overrated if you know how to look at it though, A low HS rate doesn't mean a player is bad at aiming but a high HS% with lots of kills definitely means a player is very clean at aiming and is generally calm and will win more 1v1s.
So atleast on tracker if I am looking at a pro's profile(someone in radiant) I will look for HS% only at weaponwise section. If a pro has HS> 50% with Vandal and HS > 60% with Sherrif and Guardian; 9/10 times he is a top top aimer but vice-versa of this doesnt necessarily means he is a bad aimer.

But the matter of the fact is Vietnam doesn't hv enough development or players still for winning in Vietnam to mean anything. They have struggled to even get maps outside their country and that doesn't look like changing soon.
A rule of thumb when it comes to T2 is that if you see that a single team has been dominating the scene for 2-3 years and winning everything then that sub-region is pretty weak.
Ex- Vietnam, Hongkong, India, Oceania etc.

I don't watch brazilian tier 2 but in this match I am sorry to say that prozin nd urango looked like aim-wise they don't belong at this level at all

I have said it multiple times will say it again we have like 7-8 good players in total that's it. All of them are equal in one way or the other Rawfiul nd Venka have great aim with consistency but they overheat don't hv great game intelligence. Techno, Hoax and Helff have great gamesense and util usage but their aim isnt exactly top tier. Karam1l is most well rounded tbh but he isnt exceptional on any single metric.
RVK and Levi hv great gamesense,util usage and tbh Levi's peek aim is one of the best in India(only guy in India whose aiming style is like suygetsu can win against a perfect double peek by flicking on both) but these 2 are very inconsistent and on top of that have extreme low days or maps.

A 5 man Indian team can't produce international results or ascension win anytime soon bcz we have a very shallow talentpool , you will literally need a superteam and currently we aren't capable of producing a well-rounded superteam. But yess you can take 2-3 of these put an import IGL and an import Initiator/Duelist depending on if you pick Venka/Rawfiul but most importantly a coach who has meta defining ideas plus is respected by players so that he can improve their shortcomings nd I am sure International results will come in both Ascension nd VCT within a year.

It's not like Azys is inferior to them bro , lots of great import hv come to India and still Azys has been best - it's just the playstyle the support system around him isn't right.
Rawfiul failed in international due to the same reason and Azys does too.
Rival needs a coach who reigns them both a bit nd stops then from taking solo 1v1s bcz unlike Indian teams SEA teams will always trade you plus they need a role change Rawfiul doesn't use support util well to set his teammates so he would be better on sentinel playing his own game.
