as a third party bystander, i find this funny
g2 seemed so dominant the past 3 games
i haven’t started watching yet, are sen just straight up better or is g2 having an off day?
TH + PRX + Gen.G = 1 trophy
madrid really wasn’t mickey mouse. of the eight madrid teams, only two of them didn’t make it to champs, and of three of the six who did got to the top four.
The only team at bangkok i think might not make it to champs is liquid, and i’m sure one of the eight teams at bangkok will win champs
it’s their last guarenteed year, if they make champs they instantly get a spot in vct next year, and if they make stage 2 playoffs they get a spot in ascension later this year
if he performs like he did yesterday, zells1s
most of the hate comes from people thinking he is very replaceable, and wanting sen to get a better flex player. These people don’t realize how unique his midrounding and mental is, and how big of an impact on sen’s gameplay it has.
I legit think he would be a near perfect player if he could consistently aim as greatly as he did yesterday
their first match in ascension was also against spg
edit: first loss*
I do see what you mean, but the way i see it the system is structured so that an ascension team quals for next year if they prove themselves better than most other teams in the region, unrelated to the other ascension team.
Imo the problem would be uneven groups. If both ascension teams get into a really hard group, they could get denied playoffs and any chance to qualify next year despite being possibly better than teams from the other group
(also I do agree seeing the two ascension teams face off does add a lot of stakes)
that makes sense, i got scared for a second
well really they are only in direct contention with eachother for a spot next year if they both make it to champs. if they get grouped losing to 4 or 5 other teams then it makes sense for them to get relegated
there’s a 1/64 chance we get
a: furia, 2g, eg, lev, kru, sen
b: c9, 100t, nrg, loud, mibr, g2
this would be criminal, no way this will be the draw tho right
tbf he’s having a life game rn but ngl he can cook some games
dude all of mibr except aspas disconnected and it’s in ot rn
sen needs to lose out so they become the under dogs again and then they will rise up
udotan from GE and estrella from RRQ are the only two korean players to not make the top six
atp i think sen fans get so hyped over every win just cause of everyone else begging for sen's down fall, which is in turn due to sen fans getting hyped from winning, and the cycle goes on and on.
once this guy gets locked in americas stands no chance
god damn i’ve never seen someone with more of an americas bias
would it make sense to say "damn g2 might be the best team in asia" during bangkok
in emea, apac, and china kickoffs, the loser of the top half upper semi-final goes to play in the top half of the losers round three match
but in americas, the loser of the top half upper semifinal is in the bottom half of the loser round three match
the bleed logo is still in the background of the vct bundle shop
I swear every god damn time i say something
nah hold on he might be on to something
everything i’ve been taught was a lie…
Valorant Champions Tour 2025: EMEA Kickoff takes place at the Riot Games Arena in Berlin, Germany, whose flag features three horizontal stripes, colored black, yellow, and red in that order from the top down. It started on January 14th, 2025, and ends on February 10th, 2025, with a €0 (0 USD) prize pool. Knowing this information, GiantX and Gentle Mates will clearly win today, and the latter will go on take fourth place, losing to BBL in the lower semifinal.
