PRX is the first team to not miss one of their next two internationals after winning a masters/champs since LOUD
Two time VCT masters winner Tenz has reached an agreement with Sentinels to make his return after a 1.5... [year break?]
edit: might also be Two time masters winner Tenz has reached an agreement with Sentinels [and] will make his return to VCT after a 1.5... [year break?]
demon1 wasnt washed
g2 werent even in the league
something was a rookie
itll be the first time since 2021 that the entire top 4 was made of only 2 regions
at some points all jawg had going for him was aura
i would still say chronicle has had a better overall career than ethan, just judging from chronicles multiple 2nd or 3rd place finishes at masters and champs and regionals he’s won
neither was ethan before having bonkar show him the way
our only real chance relies in ag beating prx...
think about that statement for a second
ill still be rooting g2 until the very last round, but i've seen this story 5 times already
yea theyre just kinda too chill imo, i like seeing players with big personality on stage
its a multitude of things, i dont like the odin playstyle (not trying to downplay his skill with the gun or say its cringe, i just dont like watching it), he's the most auraless of recent champs mvp's, and he replaced verno, who is one of my favorite players
g2 was really the only team i was supporting in this tournament and now its looking over for them
im still not a fan of brawk, but i fw the rest of the team, plus if they win then americas takes the two internationals in a row record
well ig we found out how AG beat them four times
they played like they had something to prove
yea FNC picked the worst events to get their record, now we have to say "FNC are the first team to win two back to back internationals" with like 14 asterisks
NRG - very simple, beat NS and hope G2 doesn't go on a run
NS - Gotta beat NRG and hope PRX is stopped before making the finals
G2 - unlikely, but they need AG to somehow beat PRX and NRG to beat NS, that would set up the best road for G2 to MAYBE win it all
PRX - Hope NS beat NRG in uppers, farm through AG and G2, then try to beat NRG in a third rematch.
BBL - honestly theres not really an easy path for these guys, but I don't think they could beat NRG with the ban advantage, so NS winning upper final would be preferable
AG - pray.
so what youre saying is every other team should throw so g2 can make sure nrg dont win? im down for that
historically its less likely to win by just sticking together, i dont think any team has every won a masters/champs with a roster theyve had for over a year.
the only two players i think you could replace are jonah and jawg, and there really werent any consistent duelists better than jawg up in the air this offseason, so it came down to jonahp
they need to pray AG beats PRX, then they can get an easy match IF they manage to beat BBL, but then from there they gotta hope NRG beats NS in the uppers so they can beat NS in the lower final in a heated rematch. If this happens, they can go against NRG in the grand finals and hope NRG still hasnt figured them out
its better than prx winning again
is this not just flawed logic? if ag beat m8 and looked pretty good doing so how could they be “arguably the worst team at the tournament”?
you and #17 would be great friends
yea it definitely could, i’d say it’s 60/40 for g2, but it’s also g2’s only chance
ay anytime brototype, i haven’t lost a dime on any prediction
NRG and NS win tmrw: NRG wins
NRG and G2 win tmrw: G2 wins
PRX and NS win tmrw: NS wins
PRX and G2 win tmrw: PRX wins
this is what everyone said at champs, then an orange team upset them in the upper semi final
ima lock in NRG as the most likely option
but it does depend on the G2 vs NS match as well, cause if G2 wins, they could beat NRG, and with the ban advantage i dont think they could lose to any team besides maybe PRX
yea 1 fraudulent win, but still 4 non fraud wins across 3 events is abyssmal
since edg dropped simon, the only wins china got were th, rrq, and geng during wolves insane run, xlg beating a dying sen, and blg beating tl without nats
this isn’t just china having bad start to the year, the region has had a huge drop in competitiveness over the course of time
yea but i didn’t see the 5 until just now when i got off work
AG just achieved their 20th round in masters
MIBR still have only ever gotten 19 in a masters
it’s barely even trash talk bro pipe down
you had really good trials with sen but your spot depends on if fucking TenZ, th face of the game, wants to come back or not
like imagine if you’re getting a job at apple then steve jobs just shows up asking for the same job
does anyone here actually like wendy’s?
like icl all their foods so bland
it just feels like they don’t do any special to stand out from other fast food places
i actually think they are the most likely to win santiago rn
bro thought edg would beat m8 and now hes acting like some prophet
edg arent even making it to london let alone as first seed
loita on nrg’s map point turns into a mystical being
bro did anything in his power to not lose that match
yea that might be a better way to measure
i feel like if this kinda system were introduced, riot would just choose the winning region though
definitely not deserving of a spot, but for sure more deserving than edg
all im saying is that if we had fnc, mibr, 100t, or any of the other 4th/5th seeds in santiago instead of edg, we would have had a more entertaining event
