I disagree, most of these teams received hate due to how they were playing (GE sucked, DSG sucked, DRX didn't improve, and 100T underperformed massively). TenZ received hate for... Having an infected finger? His fiance having cancer? Playing poorly on a roster that received countless roster changes? The only other player specifically I could see receiving that amount of hate was ardiis within his tenure on NRG. You can say I live in a bubble all you want but at the end of the day you have to understand how it is fundamentally different to be hated for your gameplay than it is to be hated for the unfortunate things that happen in your life right?

Sentinels has proven they care about their players significantly. The Shahz situation imo wasn’t that bad, he had been underperforming for years and doesn’t really deserve T1 right now, dapr’s situation was bad but he was never guaranteed a position on sentinels, sykko made the roster decisions anyways so you can’t really fault the org. The roster mess and sykko were pretty much the same situation, they dropped sykko (according to rob) because he was not actively trying to improve the roster and when they lost he would just make them take more breaks instead of trying to get reps in. Dephh left out of his own volition.

Sentinels since then has given Pancada the choice to do literally whatever he wants in his career; whether he wants to keep making money on SEN (same contract as when he started) or go to another team EASILY due to a lack of buyout.

The only time their judgement was questionable imo was with zellsis and pancada, however the off-season is meant for changes, and obviously zellsis is a better fit for the team, and pancada gets to do whatever he wants now.
