that makes her evidence impossible to authenticate and thus inadmissible--in other words, it counts for nothing.

if you really want to find a "difference" between these two cases, it would actually be worse for florescent, since there's a partial witness.

I thought this might be a good time to remind the injustice sinatraa faced following his original accusations.
A lot of people are aware of the florescent situation right now so I'm going to put it in terms of her current predicament.

Imagine if:

1. RIOT immediately temporarily suspended florescent from joining any games.
2. Decided to run an "iNteRnAl invESTigAtiOn" on florescent despite being a video game company.
3. Assigned an extremely biased, perhaps say a publicly transphobic employee to judge the results of the internal investigation.
4. florescent was found innocent with the accuser fading into literal nothingness except advertising her OF.
5. That "internal investigation" STILL sentenced her a half-year ban and "behavior" classes.

To think this kind of injustice was applied to sinatraa is 100% insane whether you personally like him or not.
So jokes aside, if florescent comes out as innocent PLEASE remember what happened to sinatraa and SUPPORT HER.
