The entire 2021-2022 era they kept the exact same squad with minor changes like kanpeki or dani, then they go and make a huge change, people say "give it time to develop" but in the midst of that time

  Yes if they do bad this year shits gotta change, but you gotta give them some time where they arent dealing with massive issues for the roster to show its potential.

with G2 they dont exactly need flexibility at the sentinel and skye roles, jawgemo is just the better player and he also plays smokes to a very high level and has more international experience.
G2 already have a great dedicated sentinel player in neT, and skye will be played by JonahP or trent, id much rather have a secondary smokes next to valyn than a duelist who can also play KJ or Skye

People used that as an excuse when he was out of commission for a few months before the LCQ, then he played incredibly and was one of the best players in the tournament. You cant use streaming as an excuse when they have proven they can play incredibly well despite streaming. average 230 ACS a 1.2 K/D and a 148 ADR across 8 maps after not even making it out of groups of challengers doesn't lie. He has almost never been a problem with his team. When he's playing the role he wants to he is one of the best fraggers in the world, and his agent pool only continues to grow.

Acend won champions in 2021 with players who's primary languages were Polish, Turkish, Ukrainian and Finnish. FPX won Coppenhagen with Swedish, Latvian, Ukrainian, Danish and Russian. 5 players that speak perfect English and 1 player who still has months left to learn the semi-decent english needed for communication does not mean shit lol.
The OpTic comparison is kinda dumb too, ardiis is arguably better than yay due to not mechanics but flexibility, so they hardly lose anything there, the controller role is the only role I can see being an issue and that can mostly become FNS job or can stay with s0m who already plays it. Leaf I wouldn't say is FAR better but I guess yaeh, Xeppa and Zellsis are absolutely not top 5 initiators in the world and even in Americas I can think of 5 players that top them easy. yay is yay sure, dephh is anything but a weak igl, I don't care what the record between C9 and XSET is you should care that XSET got top 6 at champions with dephh and C9 fell at 4th in the LCQ.
