I still don't get why they don't go full CIS if they are again going for another CIS player?

Acend vs SMB might just become fnatic vs Liquid. I don't wanna watch them play 500x times ffs.

posted about 2 years ago

It's not just that, it's just the way the play. Like you said a lucky team not just from the path but ingame as well. If cNed doesn't win round for them, then it's rounds from random nonsensical yolo plays from the 4 others that catches the enemy off-guard. Also agree, no strats no idea why everyone put them #1 EMEA and still did EVEN after SMB & GMB trashed them.

VS really plays like how VAL's supposed to be played. Beautiful to watch!

steel met a Bogdan in CS who taught him a valueable lesson which later became known as "Bogdan's law". Now he meets Bogdan in a different game that will teach him another lesson tomorrow.

Sheydos real name is Bogdan!

What a sad fate for steel.. who can't seem to escape his mentors!

After seeing how G2 played vs F4Q, they have not changed anything and they were extremely lucky that everytime they sent keloqz alone in a site, noone was there in Haven in freaking 5v5. 0 chance for G2, they will get owned.

Sure, I've heard that many many times about ScreaM & TenZ and others as it's clearly proven not to be the case after ec1s left TL and TenZ left C9. Cracked players are cracked, deal with it.

Didn't know he still played and cool to see XigN there, thought he switched to Val

How often do we see this? Feels like everytime.. unless you are TL, since the org is cursed as well - it neutralizes the curse itself.

I don't think you "learned this today"

I don't need to see more, I rate them the best.

It's the genes. His bro, xaccurate was also a sick talent who played for Tyloo

  1. VS
  2. SMB

Hopefully, 3 different BR teams on LAN have been very disappointing so far.

posted about 2 years ago

It's been confirmed since the trial. Nivera only needed 2 hands to be viable to replace a player of Kryptix's caliber

posted about 2 years ago

nice x2

posted about 2 years ago

I don't know, tuned in a few mins on some CR player's streams and.. these players looks crisp af. We also don't know how Gambit performs on LAN.. might go south

posted about 2 years ago

You must not be familiar with the Liquid org I assume.. It's cursed

completely lost all the time.

I give you that, they just looked lost 90% of the time, while HL looks 100% lost

posted about 2 years ago

Sorry but you don't have a good memory if you think Sharks & VKS looked "way way better". They were just as terrible which is disappointing.

Cap

Maybe mouse or keyboard problem

and Jamppi doesn't fit any roles as is either tbh. Only ScreaM & soulcas plays their roles/agents well.

posted about 2 years ago

if Nivera performs atleast better than kryptix

That won't be hard, you only need 2 hands to achieve this

Group A finishes:

  1. SMB
  2. Acend

Group C:

  1. Gambit

Groupd D:

  1. G2

and SMB meets G2 and Gambit meets Acend in playoffs?

They've really been awful with organizing the tournies. It's like Riot had a challenge - to make a the most incompetent TO's. The VAL devs does not deserve the people working as TO's for sure.

Lol, lower bracket is a thing, you know? Giants didn't actually win the qualifier, TL did, by beating them in the finals, so yea.
+Everyone knows lower bracket Liquid is diff team compared to uppers.

posted about 2 years ago

TL beat them 3-1 to qualify for EMEA playoffs, so yea.

Especially G2, lul.

Nice brain. #12 then #8. Do you know math? Are you implying like some other few people with little braincells here, that a SEA team have enough time to apply and wait for VISA and have time to travel and quarantene 5 days to then be ready for Sep.10th?

posted about 2 years ago

Ideally yes but #8

posted about 2 years ago

Unfair? G2, the #4 seed basically got handed free points in that group to make it to top8. Same with nV 3# seed. Let"s not even talk about group A and B..

I want to see the most teams possible compete on these few hyped LANs we have in a year, so I want a team to fill in.

They also were 1 round away from getting qualifying to champions vs #1 team in EMEA, so it def would be more unfair to let other team get the spot. + They can just make
it so that TL have to reach top8 to start earning points or something.

posted about 2 years ago

It does make sense cuz teams from faraway seems to have to quarantene themselves 5 days when they enter the country in EU AND the tourney starts 10.sep.

posted about 2 years ago

Why they should be the team to replace them:

  1. Lost to #1 in EMEA in close game
  2. Literally 10ft from their home
  3. ScreaM vs Tenz
posted about 2 years ago

Actually not a bad suggestion

Not gonna happen, too many stacked teams

  • G2 (#4)

Finally someone points out G2 getting easier group as #4 compared to #2 & #3

posted about 2 years ago

It's a mistake not to go CIS, no?

posted about 2 years ago

Cloud didn't impress me tbh, I don't know how he kept getting so many frags. But ssk was a different beast, that guy is talent.

posted about 2 years ago

The widest pool of players, including TR & CIS - they still get beaten by a full TR & CIS team. Not sure if it's their egos or if they've gotten way too comfortable without winning stuff and they don't care - but something has to change, at least within the big orgs who can afford big names. G2 tried at least, every other EU team should buy/change players.

posted about 2 years ago

Liquid could have gotten him for free when they desperately needed a Jett OP, but decided on a guy who hadn't touch VAL, Jamppi
