CN-TEC, ik ik Rb glazer etc BUT After and Haodong are proven to be above most china teams calling wise, they are rumored to sign Tvirusluke who is amazing duelist, and Rb is still the goat
EMEA-FNC, with elmo out and doombros in FNC have a major upgrade in coaching in strats, paired with Iso buff which will make Alfa go insane, this team has the chance to regain form and make the intl
PAC-GE, might be shocking to you guys, but Pacific teams are the teams that are known to choke and be inconsistent more than any other-GE has a really underrated roster, Udotan is insane, Kr1stal is insane, Papi is insane, and if Patrickwho comes back I think they have a chance to upset for toronoto
AME-EG, Potter is the goat and they are rumored to have an academy team now which was the reason EG improved so much in 23 to getting 2nd and 1st at intls-yay is hitting his stride, supa is insane, and Potter now has had so much time to coach and work on strats/new comps-AME is def the tuffest region as id say 5-7 teams fighting for qual, but EG is an outside pick that are known for upsets
yes-you need to understand the orgs dont care about winning-they care about making money. To do that their main path is to win which is why many orgs try their best to win-but their primary goal is money. Jinggg brings in a lot of fans and they can still make a good team with him

Has anyone else noticed that when a player gains/loses a lot of weight they get worse? My theory is that they are used to moving their arms in certain ways to aim and without the extra weight/with extra weight they just arent moving and shooting the same

Biggest offenders I can see
Boostio-went from bigger fragging igl who was never EGs best player but had a lot of clutches, aces, and take over maps to femboy who is almost as bad as FNS
Demon1-was skinny on EG and best player itw, gained weight and joined LEV and is now washed
Marved-went from skinny best controller itw ice man to ice cream man cant even find his way on a t2 team
EMEA has too many good players-I wanted to put her but couldnt justify her higher than top 15
I have him just outside the top 10-just dont consider him a player that can pop off and solo carry a game
sadly stage 1 americas wont be decided who gets the most kills mid air or on a rope 😓otherwise hed be #1

his sova and yoru were ass ngl and I dont remember his fade much but thats not the point-the problem PRX has is a mental one as much as it is a roles one-even with shit roles last year they still made 2/2 intls with these 5 players-yes they lost imedatley but they were still top 3 in PAC-now they are getting aim diffed by mid tier teams-they need a hard mental reset which was fixed last time they had this problem by dropping their litteral igl and most flexible player on the team Benkai

now that would be full troll-6 man rosters have been proven to just weaken all players-not just the ones subbing in and out
jinggg didnt 'ruin' the team-what ruined the team was the skye nerf which stopped them from playing double duelist in 24. In 25 so far they have just looked lost as a TEAM-in fact jinggg was their second best player at kick off after forsaken-they are in a similar slump as they were after lock//in and need a new player to fix it-which unfortantley is something but it is the fact that in current meta his agent pool just doesnt cut it (raze is 10x better than jett now, gekko is never played, reyna is troll and so he is bassicly a 1 trick breach)
yes in theory they SHOULD do something else-but this is what they will do realisticly
Duelist-jinggg (yes in theory he should be the one kicked if you look at stats, however he is one of the faces of the org and brings in a lot of money for them-as well as having the more chemistry with the team)

Davai, Patmen, Forsaken can all flex onto different roles as needed-with the team built around a similar double duelist style as T1 with Forsaken playing yoru and Jinggg on Raze/Iso as needed-with iso buff he will be very viable in pro play
Patmen will be their sova player which will make davai/forsaken play sentinel if needed (based on map comp) and on non sova maps Patmen will be senti while Davai will be scan init like fade etc.

Naruto gets stronger as the series goes on but he has to work for everything he gets-it makes it feel really rewarding when he finally gets stronger
yeah Zabuza and Hakus stories are really compelling-despite only being in the beginning of the story they are a lot of peoples faves
As for Kakashi-Zabuza is also very strong and they are on par with each other-dw he gets stronger later

Stop releasing new agents.
there is a constant flood of new agents to the pool-which in of itself is not a bad thing. However, there is so many problems, fixes, and reworks needed in valorant that spending time creating/adding new agents takes away from. Instead of adding a new agent every couple months-use the time to rework maps, gamemodes, and other quality of life feautures.
Take time reworking maps-there are so many maps that need reworks and taking them out and tweaking 1 or 2 things does not help, most of the time the problems still remain-or in some casses get worse (look at the most recent reworks for Icebox and Breeze for example).
Work on your gamemodes-one of the most fun parts of Valorant is the other gamemodes added. The last gamemode Team Deathmatch was a an amazing addition and probably the mode I play the most of-but it was realesed almost 2 years ago now. The only new changes since the realese of TDM have been map and agent realeses/reworks. Many casual people in the community love other gamemodes that have gotten snubed-such as replication which was a favorite until it was taken out more than 2 years ago. There are many reworks and changes that would make the player base play more of your game.
Make Quality of Life changes-there are so many issues in Valorant that are constantly overlooked in favour of realesing the next 'big thing'. Shooting while stunned is way too acurate, shotguns and run n gun are way to accurate, certain abilities are way to overpowered while others are severly underpowered. When is the replay system coming out? you have been talking about it since the game realese and we havent even gotten a beta for it. Atp just say you arent going to realese it instead of teasing us with it for the last 5 years. VP prices are way too high-you get away with realsing overpriced skins at quadruple the price of other games because the players who buy it are idiots who waste their money. The fact that the only way to get skins for any gun/weapon than pistols are irl money is stupid-yes better skins should cost money, but the fact that no skins even the worst of the worst need to be bought at lowest price of $15 usd is a problem.
and finally the biggest issue
THERE IS NO REASON TO PLAY THIS GAME
the only reason why people play comp is to rank up. There is no reward for winning besides a rank indicator stating you are a certain rank. What is the point of playing if you get no reward-and I do mean no reward. You dont get any skins or vp or anything besides a gun buddy (which every rank gets) for being a higher rank. Maybe give out VP as a reward for higher ranks, or a old skin or smth-either way there needs to be a reward for players to play your game.
TLDR: Riot stop focusing on realesing new content and focus on fixing the game that you currently have out

This is not a tierlist based on how well teams did up to this point-its a prediction on how the rankings will look after Stage 1 concludes-ie a team that looks bad now/at kickoff I might have higher because I think they will get better as the Stage goes on and a team that did well in kickoff I may have lower because I dont think they can maintain that form/some teams will overtake them
