Is NRG becoming like cs* Vitality? Dominating the scene

As you can tell from my name I'm a cs fan, I was playing val for the last two months as im fed up with cs2's damage predction and the game feeling trash due to the trash netcode or whatever, it takes like 3 headshots to anyone with an AK.
So, I was grinding val with a friend and I managed to reach asc3 in like 53-54 days with 80 levels. Is that good? I'm 2.7k elo faceit.
I thought I will hit immortal 3 or radiant easily but these estrogen filled twink angle holding merchants just hold angles and don't even know how to peek, im hella annoyed by these mfs, they just hold angles and its easier to hold than to peek in val right? So im not winning as many aim duels as I used to.

Any tips? How do I kill these kids who just play like rats? I dont have the patience to hold and wait for them to peek.

can someone explain the points qualification system to me?
