It feels like they only practice Lotus because its their only good map, and it feels like they just don't practice other maps and hope they just win Lotus and get lucky on a second map

China:
All Gamers: This team is so absolute trash and always has been
Tyloo: Maybe remove them, but they might be able to build around slowly and start performing

Amer:
EG: Hasn't been good since they won champs and don't have the money to obtain any talented players.
Furia: Self explanatory

EMEA:
KOI: Sadly have been pretty bad even though some of the players are really talented
GX: Don't know what to say, but they haven't been good since 2023

PAC:
TS: Always disappoint you even when you thought you couldn't be disappointed by them anymore.
DFM: Have history of being bad, and recently even though they looked decent seemed to have regressed back to being bad.

I hope they win, I have them winning in my pickems since my americas pickems already kind of cooked

posted 4 months ago

Personally I've never heard any one in the America's say anything like this, like we will say stuff about other people's moms, but would never say that about our own. So unless its a European thing, I don't think its too common.

VIT kind of looked lost today if this continues do you think that Apeks have a chance at beating them, or is VIT just going to rely on aim and aim diff Apeks?

posted 4 months ago

I mean when loud first picked up the 2022 team no one actually knew if any of the players would be good at the highest level

posted 4 months ago

No one, everybody just said that he wasn't a top tier duelist player

posted 4 months ago

There are still a lot of people who defend his bad performance and say he has really good util usage when in fact his util is pretty mediocre

posted 4 months ago

Somehow VIT has never won a single match against FNC and they have only taken 2 maps off FNC in all of their matches. Is this like bred into the team like 100T vs SEN or is it something else?

Almost 3 aces

They've never been to an international tournament or even close to qualifying for one, they have an extremely small amount of wins, only thing they might have is money but there are quite a bit of Chinese orgs with money who would probably do better.

1) Sacy was a good player, but his addition did not make Sen a better team, as evident when Sen still couldn't win games in 2023, only by adding kaplan and subbing in zellsis did Sen start to look like a strong team, also there was not constant roster moves in 2023, that was 2022.

2) Aspas has been on a roster without talent, favela aimers and SLICK, meanwhile, even when Chronicle was on FVT, nats was also there. Also, Lev was not an experienced roster, it was made like 2-3 months before kickoff, and c0m was added last minute, and even though a lot of the players had individual experience, that doesn't always translate to playing well, look at DFM for example. And at the beginning of the season everybody thought that MIBR would be aspas and friends and that the 3 rookies weren't nearly as good as they have been. Finally, when is consistently going negative "good form?"

I mean its a comfortable headset with good noise cancelling and a good neutral sound profile, but the microphone sucks and even for $160 its seems not worth it, especially considering that there are much cheaper alternatives that are just as good, if not better.

I would keep looking and do a little research for alternatives and then if these seem like the best, buy them.

No

posted 4 months ago

Loud wasn't that good when Less was still on it and aspas wasn't, Chronicle has not been on a team without a talented roster in his whole career, Sacy didn't make Sen better, they were pretty bad the first year he joined. Aspas made Lev better, and has made MIBR better.

I would recommend something like the SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7, or beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro over the Razer Barracuda Pro, or a hyperx headset at a similar price point. Or buy cheaper headphones, because if you're not a pro gamer or doing something with sound like an audio production then expensive headphones aren't really worth it.

I mean to be fair, most people were probably expecting G2 to win playoffs even if they didn't trash NRG

posted 4 months ago

They also had a run in kickoff though, its not a fluke, its just their style is good against teams in China other than EDG and pre-bangkok Trace.

posted 4 months ago

You see thats the trap, they look extremely good at offseason events, and during stage 1, and then the stage 1 playoffs come and they lose

posted 4 months ago

EMEA let liquid into their top 2 during kickoff, what kind of bs are you spouting

posted 4 months ago

You say that, but 2G's upset potential right now is kind of crazy.

posted 4 months ago

Unironically, this could actually be true

posted 4 months ago

Lost badly to TL? Sen almost won against TL on abyss, Sen only played badly on Bind, the other two maps they played good on.

Also, SEN in the Grand Final vs the SEN at Bangkok were playing completely different qualities of valorant.

posted 4 months ago

Who's playing what role? Who's IGL? Who's duelist?

posted 4 months ago

Hoping for an ascension team to get humbled is crazy

posted 4 months ago

I feel like currently PxS is playing too well to replace him so possibly Gobera, but I feel like 2G management could do anything at this point

posted 4 months ago

I more meant their consistency in CS, like they almost always place withing the top 10 in any given event, and still consistently place in top 5, they may not be the best currently, but the fact that top 5 and 10 finishes are considered not that good for them really demonstrates how good they have been throughout CS history.

Meanwhile, in valorant the most they've done is get grouped at international lans and have been consistently mediocre or just bad at times.

posted 4 months ago

Why are they good at CS but so disappointing at Valorant?

posted 4 months ago

Yeah, I can't believe none of these people have realized that valorant is scored like golf

posted 4 months ago

I think we should wait until at least the first 1 or 2 rounds of playoffs before we start trying to make these threads, also FUT is not 9, FUT are like C9, regular season merchants

posted 4 months ago

You there's a logical fallacy here, G2 and winning a international GF in the same sentence

posted 4 months ago

I mean the guy is a GenG fan so that's probably why he mentioned them, he's probably just coping.

But Vit kind of disappointed during Masters Bangkok only placing 4th especially with their roster, and now the fact that they lost makes it even worse especially since G2 and T1 have yet to lose, and G2 still won against mibr even though it was close.

posted 4 months ago

Actually PRX still technically have a chance even if they lose, so support Boom

posted 4 months ago

The only scary thing about NRG is the fact that they have a dinosaur calling their games

posted 4 months ago

Its definitely AG

posted 4 months ago

How realistic is their chance of making playoffs? They just need loud to beat EG right.

posted 4 months ago

Vo0kashu, I love watching him 1v9 almost every match

posted 4 months ago

I just looked at my CN pickems and I choose AG over JDG and Tyloo over Nova and now pickems are locked.

Am I cooked or is there a possibility that AG and Tyloo win?

posted 4 months ago

KC winning must have motivated n4rrate to cook EG

posted 4 months ago

LEV, GX and DFM would easily beat all the others
