China stage 2 actually starts before EWC - they have 1 week of games then take a week break for EWC. The rest of the regions don't start until after EWC
Should mention enterpise - experienced team so won't struggle with lan nerves and they beat bbl pcific in the most recent emea challengers so they are clearly good enough, and bbl pcific are losing comeback as well.
we don't know the exact numbers, but qualifying for emea ascension this year is based on points from the emea challengers tournaments, not based on individual challengers tournaments. So we can get multiple teams from the same league make and win/2nd place ascension

They were called non verbal at the start of the year, before envy were back. They were then signed by mrfunhaver’s org so became funhavers. They are no longer signed so went back to being non verbal.

And in terms of what matches to stream - pretty sure they try to make it fair in terms of how many times teams play on the main stream vs the secondary one

Rating isnt a stat that comes direct from valorant- its made up of a load of different stats. They don't get as much from china, so they can't get rating

we are looking to stay and trying to keep the team intact, alex contract is running out ( would love for him to come back 2025 ) but understand he wanted the option to look around and see what else is out there for him
in order for us to stay, we have needed to drop our val budget some heading into 2025 due to the high costs of running a LTA team
maybe chris will cover more in a yappetizer episode but probably would be more on 2025 and how the team is doing"
This dsg team isnt confirmed for next year because of money reasons but if they do all stick together then I think they are definitely capable of winning ascension- its only early but they look like the best team in SEA right now

Knights are clearly phoning this one in- they're just going for the quickest, and so cheapest format possible since the company is closing after this. Though if a team is playing lowers and grands in the same day, BO3 makes sense as a potential 8 maps in a day is too many (ignore the fact that this format had the potential for 9 in the groups)
They have still been tweeting about valorant- I doubt they will be leaving for good. They are probably just waiting for next year as the scene will probably be changing quite a lot soon as the TO changes

IDK how it works for every region, but for SEA (since this post is about DSG) the top 6 teams from split 3 (DSG, MITH, AE, NAOS, ZOL, FS) have qualified for split 1, as well as 3 academy teams from TS, TLN and RRQ. They haven't released details about more qualifiying spots/how that would work, but I assume they won't leave such a big region to have just 9 teams, so I assume there will be more teams that can qualify

Nah he has been great since he joined. Split was their permaban, so in all it wasn't that bad
