dambi is the best neon atm
but i am of the opinion that neon isnt quite that overpowerd (i had a 4 hour discussion yesterday about that)

the main issue is that neon can freely run around and take space, so a stamina rework might just do the trick
and another issue is that the main counter to neon was sentinels bevor 11.08, so another potential fix is to just buff sentinels like cypher (i hate playing against cyphers while playing neon)
