yeah true, fnc are in better form and with the map ban advantage i would prolly give fnc 60-65 (i just made a baseless statement before lol)
it makes it more likely that the parties at large will either be scared off and go into hiding or start getting rid of evidence, sean decided to clarify the situation without making it into a witch hunt type of deal (which is why in the video he asks innocent players to begin screen recording and the like to make sure they don't get tagged for something they didn't do). ofc sean also said he wasn't in the right state of mind and maybe decided to make the video on a whim to straighten his own thoughts on the matter.
