I found a reddit post from May of last year complaining that the DRX skins weren't released yet... before MSI had started.
The reddit post also mentioned that the EDG skins were released on May 23...
DRX's skins were on the PBE in early May, and released on patch 13.11 on June 1.
There hasn't been a trailer, a leak on PBE, or even a date given for the T1 skins.
Riot are probably waiting to line up the release of the T1 skins with Fakers induction, but then the next patch wouldn't be until patch 14.13 on June 26.
